Berea View Flats

OUR BUILDING

BEREA VIEW is a residential block of 49 very spacious flats that have three types of flats: Bachelour, 1.5 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom flats.

We are situated in Pretoria central very close to the Pretoria Gautrain, with our secure facility you will feel safe. We have double gates for both walk in and drive in as well as CCTV for your security needs. We have on site workers as well as management to help with any requirement that forms part of the flats. We have a total of 25 parking spaces that are for rent so that your vehicle may secure at all times. We have on site mail boxes at the entrance of the building for all your postage needs. Each apartment is required to have pre-paid electricity with each box will being supplied.
